Flow for Buyers wholesale Requirement Portal

User Manual

1. Go to browser and type urbuyers.com

2. Click sign in, you will find the link Shopping Customer (Click to Register)

3. Clicking on that, it will open the form to register as buyer and enter all the details in the form

4. Click on save and login as buyer by using the email id and password given in the Registration form.

5. Click the buyer menu available in the left side, you will find the profile inside

6. Open the profile, you will find the Requirement tab, click create it will open the page where you can add the requirements.

7. First you need to choose in which portal your requirement is going to show, choose

                                         * Wholesale Requirement Portal 

8. Then you need to fill Product, Description, Quantity, Unit of Measure, Unit Price, Product Type

9. When Ecommerce Categories is chosen as Mobiles & Accessories,

then there will be five fields enabled namely Brand, Model, RAM, Storage, Color so that you can choose your expected ones and fill the expiry date, Mobile Number and WhatsApp Number

10. Click on save. (It will be in the status of Draft)

1. Buyer Requirement Evaluator will be created by Administrator by giving the email id of the user.

2. Buyer Representative Role can also add to the same person Buyer Requirement Evaluator by Administrator.

3. Buyer Requirement Evaluator can login by using their email id and the default password will be Username@123.

4. You can view your profile inside the Buyer Representative menu, inside that you can find Retail Requirements tab where you can see the requirements belonging to Wholesale Portal.

5. You can view the details of the product and can Review or Reject according to the price given by Buyer.

6. While clicking on Review it will ask whether you are going to add it in Existing Wholesale Requirements (or) Create New Requirement.

7. While clicking on Reject it will ask the reason for rejection so that Rejected status will be updated to the buyer.

8. After the Buyer Requirement Evaluator is put under Review it can be viewed in the wholesale Requirement portal Tab which was in the Buyer Profile.

9. Buyer Representative can view those wholesale Requirements and can assign to them so that it will goes into the Wholesale Requirement Portal

1. Merchant can register using the link Register as Merchant and can login use the credentials.

2. They can view the Requirements including Total quantity, Total Price in the wholesale Requirement Portal (Mobiles) and clicking on view Description it will show the Product Specifications added by the Buyer Representative.

3. And clicking on the View Product Details button it will show the Products of different brands, model, RAM, Storage and Color.

4. Can Respond by clicking the Respond button and add the offered quantity, offered unit price and offered delivery date and finally clicking on send it will go to the Buyer representative to whom this requirement belongs to.

1. Buyer representative will receive the response given by different Merchants and can accept and convert to PO if it relates to the buyer requirements.

2. Buyer representative accept the buyer requirement if it is comparable with Merchant Response and can also reject if it is not comparative.

3. After converting into PO, purchase order will be created in their Purchase order submenu under Purchase Menu so that they can send PO by email.

4. Do the shipment using shipment tab click on edit and give the done quantity that you are going to provide.

5. Shipment details can be viewed by the Buyer representative and receive products and register payment will be made by Buyer.

6. And do the product shipment to the Buyers and receives amount from Buyers.
